| Ceiling and wall texture
materials are not subject to ASTM Standards. These products, however, have been
successfully specified and applied on numerous projects over all gypsum wallboards
and have met all application and job standards. |

we have enclosed a letter regarding the two major agencies responsible for the basic
material standards and specifications. |

| Please be advised that no
materials of our manufacture contain any intentionally added asbestos. |
